Community Mental Health includes teams of mental health professionals based in Halifax, Sackville, Cole Harbour, Dartmouth and Windsor.
They can help you, or someone you know, to identify mental health problems and to determine if those problems are caused by mental illness.
The teams provide services on an outpatient basis that help people to manage a mental illness. People visit Community Mental Health for counselling, to attend a group, to learn about medications or simply for information about mental illness.
