1 pkg no yolks noodles

1 small tin diced tomatoes

1 small jar tomato sauce

1 small can corn

1 small can black beans

tub of creamed cottage cheese or ricotta cheese

1 pkg grated mozzarella cheese





Preheat oven to 350©

Mix tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, corn and beans together. In a 9 X 9 pan, spread about a tablespoon of tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan. Add a layer of noodles.Then add 1/2 of the sauce, layer of spinach, mushrooms and zuchinni, 1/2 of the cottage cheese, grated mozzarella. Repeat.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Enjoy!
