Help and Support

For someone with lived experience of mental illness, getting the right help and support, when they need it most, is critical. Friends, family, caregivers, and doctors all have a role to play in helping you to manage your illness and maintain your recovery. Community organizations can provide essential services, social opportunities, as well as skills training and employment assistance.

Here, we feature personal stories, tips, and profiles of community organizations. We hope some of the information will help you to decide what help and support you, or a loved one, may need.
